Designed to produce baguettes, all types of bread loaves, pointed bread, 1/2 baguettes and small rolls, automatically panning them.

The moulding process starts from a round ball, obtaining bread with a spectacular development in both fermentation and cooking aspects. Suitable for normal baked, pre-cooked and deep-frozen bread.

Producctions:
- Individually: 1,800 pieces/hour
- With cutting: from 3,600 to 12,000 pieces/hour (1/2 baguette, medium and small rolls).
